Custom Hand-Painted Surfboard Number 96 of 100
This is board number 96, custom, the fourth last hand-painted, upcycled surfboard that I will be painting. All things must end, and as I approach my 100th painted surfboard I have decided to bring this collection to a close.
To secure board number 96, first read the rest of the information below then click to lock in the current price by paying the total cost (not including shipping) of AU$6500 to secure your spot for a surfboard painted by Western Australian artist Claire Marie. If you would like to discuss paying for your artwork in instalments, then please message the artist directly using the chat facility on the website. Note that the total amount must be paid in full prior to painting starting on your artwork.
The board pictured is an example of the type of board that will be used for your artwork.
This purchase is non-refundable once painting has commenced. If your circumstances change prior to work starting and you decide not continue with this commissioned piece, please contact the artist ASAP to discuss your options.
This price is for local pick-up only in Perth, Western Australia. Any shipping charges will be calculated just prior to the commencement of painting, and will be in addition to this amount.
Your board will be in line to be started in 2026, exact completion dates cannot be guaranteed. The artist will contact you before commencing work to discuss the scene you would like painted on your board. Please feel free to send through some images and ideas of what you had in mind for your board. These will be used to do a concept sketch that will be emailed to you to approve.
All boards are recycled, used surfboards that were destined for landfill. As such, they are in varying condition but this is part of the charm of these artworks. Please note that boards are clean and all rough edges are removed, but these boards are not refurbished or restored or water-tight, and thus cannot be used as a surfboard. They are designed for interior display only.
